Handy Cookbook For Everybody...but Especially The Gluten Intolerant

Before discovering my food issues, I bought the Biggest Loser Family cookbook. We hadn't gotten around to using it - too busy buying processed food than to try making it ourselves. Anyway, I dug it out to see if I should just sell it on amazon, or if I could really use it. Let me tell ya - you have to watch the ingredients, but many of the dishes are very, very doable for celiacs and gluten intolerants, and they are low in calorie and high in nutrition. In addition, they have photos, so my husband - ever the jock - can look through and pick out dishes that appeal to him, and I can adjust them for my needs if necessary. It feels...wait for it...normal. And darn tasty.

@CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.

Yep, the edit window times out very quickly. It's okay. I got a good laugh out of it.

I wrote that by mistake and there is no where I can edit this.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".

Hi, I would be open to having a paypal. I am celiac as well. And am struggling with all symtoms.
