Our Whole Foods here doesn't carry Udi's. I requested it, but they couldn't tell me if they could/would carry it.

Thanks!

I thought of your post yesterday while I was at Lingonberries and found Udi's products! :) They had Udi frozen bread, pizza crusts, muffins, and some other products. Lingonberries is a fantastic little market in Vancouver, Washington that sells only gluten free products. We go there every few months and stock up! ;) If you google "Lingonberries market" and "gluten free" it should pop up.

Have you thought of ordering it online?? That's what I did and honestly it wasn't THAT bad compared to what I normally pay to buy gluten free things!

I told the buyer for a local health food store that everybody was raving about Udi's and asked her if she would carry the bread. She found a distributor and should have it in by the end of the month. She was very open to adding something that so many people liked. God luck!

Current "gluten challenge" recommendations are the daily consumption of at least 10g of gluten (about the amount found in 4-6 slices of wheat bread) daily leading up to the day of the biopsy.

Thank you for your input!  I would really like to know if I have celiac disease because you need make sure you are not getting any cross contamination due to cancer concerns.  I guess I need to start with a knowledgeable Gastroenterologist. Thank you again!

Correct. I’m doing both in the same go though. Thanks for clarifying before I confused someone. I’m doing a colonoscopy for something else and then they added the endoscopy after the test.

It is a biopsy but it's not a colonoscopy, it's an endoscopy.
