Frozen Wings?

I've been looking at the frozen wings that come with sauce, but it looks like all of them contain wheat. Are there any safe brands that you all know of?

(I know that I could just buy plain wings and cook/sauce them myself, but I figured I'd ask about ready-made brands first, just to see...)

I buy wingettes from walmart, bake them, and them put them in a bowl with Moore's wing sauce and shake. And yes its gluten free, i get it at walmart. Much better than frozen wings

Angel foods wings are awesome!! My husband loves the breading and is not gluten-free. They are great with some sauce!

Thank you for your input!  I would really like to know if I have celiac disease because you need make sure you are not getting any cross contamination due to cancer concerns.  I guess I need to start with a knowledgeable Gastroenterologist. Thank you again!

Correct. I’m doing both in the same go though. Thanks for clarifying before I confused someone. I’m doing a colonoscopy for something else and then they added the endoscopy after the test.

It is a biopsy but it's not a colonoscopy, it's an endoscopy.

Well I’m going on the gluten farewell tour so they are about to find out lol. I keep saying biopsy but yeah it’s a scope and stuff. I’m a dummy but luckily my doctor is not.
