If anyone is dining out in RI almost all of the restaurants in the Pinelli Mara group have seperate gluten free menus.:

Open Original Shared Link I have eaten at several and sampled many of their gluten free choices including the pizza at Twist. All were excellent. In addition, Papparazzi in the Garden City Shopping Center will do any of their pasta dishes with gluten-free Pasta. Also, Flemings in the Westin, downtown Providence was very good about going to the chef and coming back to me with a nice selection of dishes that are gluten free. They didn't have a seperate menu but when i asked a few questions about some of the dishes they were very familiar with gluten-free.

      The critic acid and sodium citrate is corn unfortunately and they don’t have to label corn because it’s not part of the top 9 allergen and not mandatory 😭

      Yaya, from the JAMA study you refer to: "Taking 60,000 international units (IU) a day of vitamin D for several months has been shown to cause toxicity." No one on this forum is recommending  taking anywhere near that amount. We're talking about 5-10,000IU daily.
