Just wondering if anyone's tried the new Milky Way Simply Caramel. The ingredients seem to look free of the bad stuff...

I would check their gluten free list. As far as I know the only Milky Way that is safe is the Dark Milky (I eat a couple a week) but if this is new it may be also.

I was celebrating and tried the Simply Carmel Milky Way this weekend, but I also went to a new Middle Eastern restaurant. I am pretty sick today and wish I hadn't tried both at the same time.

The cook was great. I had called ahead and he pulled out two pieces of chicken as soon as they came into the kitchen. Then he made me a special chicken dish with only fresh veggies and salt and pepper with white rice on the side. He said he understood about cross contamination and was eager and excited to help me, so I'm not sure which it is.

Anyone else have trouble with this candy?

I've had the Milky Way Simply caramel several times in the last few months with no issues!!

I tried it, too (after originally posting this topic), and seemed to do ok with it.

Many years ago yes, after eating and going to bed, apparently my esophagus filled with food that my body rejected, the esophagus would lay against the Heart sack (pericardium?) and the heart would respond by becoming arrhythmic. That went away with the strict diet.

I was commenting on the report saying it did not mention migraines! Yes it does last paragraph says have not seen any evidence that Celiac cause migraines! I thought this was about truth?

It has been known for some years that celiacs suffer from migraines at a higher rate than the general populatation. It is an established symptom.

I suffer so bad with migraines when I eat gluten! Yes diagnosed celiac disease n 2015 and it took me years to discover gluten was behind me having severe migraines.  So yes it happens there has to be others like me!

If black seed oil is working for his Afib, stick to it, but if not, I can say that ablation therapy is no big deal--my mother was out of the procedure in about 1 hour and went home that evening, and had zero negative effects from the treatment. PS - I would recommend that your husband get an Apple watch to monitor his Afib--there is an app and it will take readings 24/7 and give reports on how much of the time he's in it. Actual data like this should be what should guide his treatment.
