Recipe a coworker found for almond flour chocoloate chip cookies. So easy, even I can make them:

1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda. In a medium bowl, combine grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla

2. Stir wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined. Fold in chocolate chips and almonds.

3. Spoon dough 15 ml (1 tbsp) at a time onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, pressing down with a fork to flatten.

4. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes, until lightly golden. Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 20 minutes. Store in an air tight container.

Ingredients:

625 ml (2 1/2 cups) almond flour

2 ml (1/2 tsp) salt

2 ml (1/2 tsp) baking soda

125 ml (1/2 cup) grapeseed oil

125 ml(1/2 cup) agave nectar

125 ml (1/2 cup) dark chocolate chips

125 (1/2 cup) sliced almonds

@CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.

Yep, the edit window times out very quickly. It's okay. I got a good laugh out of it.

I wrote that by mistake and there is no where I can edit this.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".
