Guidance on next steps after the lab tests
My D was always low. It got better with gluten free diet, but was always below range or barely in range. I tried increasing D vitamins, found that K2 helps absorption of D. Can food allergies like milk and soy flatten villi?
Hi Knitty! Thanks for the reply! I can do squat but with alot of trouble and power. I will take all You advices in consideration and explore them further....
