One A Day Gf?

I called them and said that they can't guarantee that is gluten-free b/c they don't know what there outside contractors get use for their source. They were not answerering my questions.

I wouldn't take them. I had the same problem with children's vitamins. There are vitamins out there that ARE gluten free. You don't need One a Day...especially if they're being vague. I'd let them know this too. Maybe they'll figure out a way to be more careful with their "suppliers". It's such a cop-out to blame the suppliers.

I stopped taking 1 a Day because my DH kept getting worse; it was better on Centrum, which is gluten-free

One a Day (all varities) is on the gluten-free medication list. Is this list not reliable??

There are many vitamins that specifically say they are gluten free. So I find it easier just to use those. These may mostly be available in health food stores or sections.

      @CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.
