Need To Gain Weight

I posted earlier today but cannot find it in the forums. Can anyone tell me where they purchase gluten-free nuts and dried fruits as I also cannot ingest dairy and need nuts for protein and ultimately for weight gain.

I would be happy to find somewhere in Canada offering some reasonably priced products as they are out of sight in the healthfood stores.

Any info would be appreciated.

Oh!

I responded to you earlier.

Look under your profile and find My Content or Topics and it will pull up what you have written.

I buy in bulk from NutsOnline.com.

It is a great source for gluten free stuff, dried fruit, nuts and chocolate covered stuff.

Certified Gluten Free and reasonably priced.

Hope they ship to Canada for you!

@CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.

Yep, the edit window times out very quickly. It's okay. I got a good laugh out of it.

I wrote that by mistake and there is no where I can edit this.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".

Hi, I would be open to having a paypal. I am celiac as well. And am struggling with all symtoms.
