Found Betty Crocker Gluten Free Cake Mix At Big Lots For $2!

If you live near a Big Lots, check them out. I know I've seen certified gluten free food there in the past (rice crackers, noodles made out of beans, etc), and yesterday I found about 6 boxes of Betty Crocker gluten free devil's food cake mix for only $2 per box! Normally I've seen it in stores for something like $3.50 per box. They also have a surprising amount of organic stuff for cheap. I hope this helps someone!

WOW, I know my local Big Lots has a food section but I never thought to check it out for gluten-free foods

Thank you, I will check it out this weekend :)

You can search this site for prescriptions medications, but will need to know the manufacturer/maker if there is more than one, especially if you use a generic version of the medication: To see the ingredients you will need to click on the correct version of the medication and maker in the results, then scroll down to "Ingredients and Appearance" and click it, and then look at "Inactive Ingredients," as any gluten ingredients would likely appear there, rather than in the Active Ingredients area. https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/

One positive blood test result means you likely have celiac disease, but to confirm it they may want to do an endoscopy to verify it with biopsies. Unless you have severe symptoms now, you likely should continue eating gluten daily until all testing is completed, and should eat tons of gluten daily in the 2 weeks before an endoscopy.

Be sure to look at the inactive ingredients, as it might still be naturally gluten-free.
