Hello!

I'm leaving for St. Pete Monday night and need help finding places to eat. Any good places to eat w/ gluten free options? I'm sure I can find an Outback etc...looking for locals that might have a trusted spot~

Thanks so much!

My sister lives in St. Pete. I know there are a couple of places downtown St. Pete with gluten-free options. One is a sandwich place, a pizza place, and I think there is a bakery, too. I'll see if I can get some names.

That would be great!

Our family will be flying out of the airport there late June, so we would love to find a place for lunch or late breakfast nearby.

I have been using the eye drops every hour and at night the gel drops as well as the heating mask. I have been traveling and kind of slowed on this routine, but it seems to be back a bit more now that I'm back at work (on the computer).  It seems strange to me that I would start getting this after a couple of months into the gluten free diet. Between this, the muscle twitches, the anxiety... I am quite overwhelmed. I can't find much on people whose eyes start getting dry AFTER gluten free.

Welcome to the forum, @warren031945! Use the search tool in the upper right corner of this forum page to find articles addressing your needs. I know there have been articles done on celiac.com dealing with the question of gluten-free cheeses and candies. Whether or not you could find something already put together in one place that is gluten free is another question, however.
