Along with the Celiac issue, I have also suffered from chronic heartburn for the last decade or so. While I'm on meds to keep the heartburn at bay, I still get the occasional flair ups. Upon the news the Tums could not guarantee that their products are gluten-free, I looked at other options. And I just got a replay from the people at Pepto Bismol:

While Pepto isn't exactly the greatest when it comes to taste, it's a lot better than the baking soda and water combination that I've been working with for the last year or so. Anyway, I just wanted to share the good news. Hope this helps out at least one other person!

      I have read research indicating differing reactions to various oat cultivars, however, nothing suggesting that some contain gluten - do you have a source for that?

      For those of you who have had celiac for a long time what do your IGA and TTG IGA Levels usually show on follow up blood work ?
