;) I know the difference from be glutened and be on gluten-free diet. I hasnt been tested yet but feel whole better by just not eat anything that have gluten in.

I am depressing, feel bit emotional, out of blue stressing, and mind are overwhelmed with lot of things to think and things to do.

I just feel overwhelmed with the changes in my diet and lifestyle. I found myself decline my family and friends on go out to restuarants lately... I even bought few things that are gluten free and I has been try to keep up with my diet. i has to jump back on gluten diet in order to keep my body to act like i am still sick and still hasnt figure what is going on with me...

Changes does not agree with my family very well. They once has to adjust to that I cannot eat tomato based foods and they still eat foods in front of me. It made me want some so badly that I end up break up in hives when i was youngster. So, you can see that they cant really make a adjustment for individual very well. :(

I guess my family sometimes can be self-centered in their own ways and dont like to make the adjustments which are not fair to them instead of thinking of me as individually. they are very lucky that nobody in family are allergic to peanuts since my family are nut about the peanuts. So, Do you see what I am trying to explain the experience? <_<

If I ever find out that I am gluten intolerant or have celiac. Oh boy, I will have to find my way around the cranks, cracks, and holes around my family to be more consider of me by not Cross comdinations in their kitchen since I am still living with my parents during time I am seearching for job.

lot of mumbling over this long thought I have on my mind for a bit time.

It might be a good idea for you to get tested? You will have to eat gluten every day for a while for the test to work.

If the test shows you are Celiac or gluten intolerant, maybe your family will take it more seriously? Just telling them that you *think* gluten bothers you will not make them be as careful.

I know it's hard when your family doesn't seem to try to be careful, or consider they might be contaminating things with gluten. You will have to look out for yourself and insist that you cannot eat any bit of gluten, not even a trace if you can't tolerate it.

Try to eat mostly fruit, veggies, plain meat, and eggs. Eat dairy products only if they don't bother you.

Good luck to you. I know it's hard to figure out what's making you feel bad, and even harder to get your family to help you.

Thank you for your input!  I would really like to know if I have celiac disease because you need make sure you are not getting any cross contamination due to cancer concerns.  I guess I need to start with a knowledgeable Gastroenterologist. Thank you again!

Correct. I’m doing both in the same go though. Thanks for clarifying before I confused someone. I’m doing a colonoscopy for something else and then they added the endoscopy after the test.

It is a biopsy but it's not a colonoscopy, it's an endoscopy.

Well I’m going on the gluten farewell tour so they are about to find out lol. I keep saying biopsy but yeah it’s a scope and stuff. I’m a dummy but luckily my doctor is not.
