  1. I have had restaurants express concern / care when I ask about the gluten-free options... with the exception of one particular Subway. I know there are some sub shops that have and are glad to have gluten-free breads as options, but at this particular Subway, I was told in no uncertain terms that I could just have a salad and was then quickly ignored for...
  2. "The cost to NHS of a loaf of gluten-free bread is much higher than those bought in a supermarket." And so the "patients" are to foot the bill now??? Not sure how that is taking care of the patient.
  3. People (even family sometimes) have the hardest time grasping the concept of "Gluten Free." I'm 10years into my diagnosis (Celiac) too and hate to have to travel... and hope where I can eat is clean... And I'm not talking about cleaning, clean I mean clean of all gluten.
