Thank you cycling lady, I eliminated Lucerne vanilla creamer, Ghirardelli peppermint bar and changed my chapstick to vaseline only. I am feeling much better gastro wise. Not sure which was the culprit or all of them. I sure miss my peppermint bar.... -

I emailed Ghirardelli today. they will not state that ANY of their products or processing lines are gluten free. Ive been sick and tested positive recently..the only items that are different in my diet are Ghirardelly peppermint bark bar, and Sprouts brand raspberry frozen fruit bar. the fruit bar has very few ingredients nothing that would suggest... -

I have been experiencing symptoms and tested positive for gluten antibodies. I thought I was being so careful. I have been eating lots of the Ghirardelli peppermint bark bar, so I thought I should check it out. I emailed them and this is the response I received.
