I have had environmental allergies [GRASSES, weeds ,trees] as long as I can remember and my food sensitivities / allergies probably also went way back..but I don't recall. At age 12 I had a fairly intense allergic reaction to something I had eaten many times before without issue..I believe it was due to overdoing it .. I ate a big bag of pistachio nuts...
