    Sadly, I have had very similar symptoms, however have been testing for Celiac in my 20s, 30s, and now my 40s, always negative. Is it possible to have Celiac but not get a positive test result while eating gluten products? I am now following a low FODMAP diet and it is helping my symptoms, but just finding out about maltodextrin being a culprit for...
