  2. cyclinglady, Thanks for the information. I have never heard of autoimune paleo (AIP) diet before and am doing a bit of reading up on it. I note that the study was "uncontrolled" but interestingly reports significant improvements and concludes that "Randomized controlled trials are warranted.". Regarding the second link, please forgive my scepticism...
  3. GFinDC, thank you for your helpful comment. I think the test was an NHS 'standard' Celiac test which I think is the IgA test. The copy of the consultants report to my GP simply says that "blood tests were unremarkable" which doesn't provide much information. I'm not quite sure what's involved in the biopsy pathology, but I was told only that it was ...
