Thank you. I feel that awful after any Gluten now that I have emptied the cupboards and bought dairy and Gluten free foods. This is truly awful. I had the rash , I think it is called the DH rash. This is the only reason I considered this. I get the impression my GP doesn't understand it and thinks it is a trendy exclusion diet though

Hi Everyone. New member, so i hope this is in the correct place.
