Are 7-11 Mini tacos celiac friendly?

I am new to the gluten free world and have just been diagnosed with celiac disease. I am struggling to find safe choices when ordering out for food. Co workers at my job are always ordering pizza. I was wondering if it is ok or would it be considered contamination if I peeled the cheese and/or toppings off the pizza and ate it but threw the dough away?
