  1. I am new to the gluten free world and have just been diagnosed with celiac disease. I am struggling to find safe choices when ordering out for food. Co workers at my job are always ordering pizza. I was wondering if it is ok or would it be considered contamination if I peeled the cheese and/or toppings off the pizza and ate it but threw the dough away?
  2. A little over a year ago I started to experience digestive issues. My stomach and Anus would burn, I would have really bad pain in my stomach.
