Natural and artificial flavors sometimes have hidden gluten. Had chocolate chip yesterday and have been sick all day. I can have a tiny bit of wheat so I allowed it in a mc fish but the combo sent me over the edge of shutdown, so I feel there's something suspicious with the frappes.
