You weren't glutened. You were poisoned by the bergamot oil in Earl Grey tea. It causes severe stomach cramps in some of us lucky ones. I’m up tonight because of it! I had some dehydrated salsa mix in a soup. I know my body can’t handle bergamot from years ago. I’m madly searching for a temporary fix to this stomach cramping and all I’ve found is nothing...
