Since I learned our local assisted living facility is excellent in every way, except the fact that they do not serve gluten-free meals. I am handicapped, and it my husband were to die first, I could not stay in our home, alone. I was told, when I put my name on the waiting list, that I could do my own cooking. But how would I buy groceries? . I can't drive...
