  1. For the first two weeks I was being very careful and had some good results. But I was still eating out and just ordering stuff with no gluten. The past month I’ve only eaten at home.   4. Same story... Twitching all over body, pain mainly on left side of body, two clean emgs, freaked out about als, saw tons of doctors, they said I was overreacting. Went gluten free month and half ago. joint pain mostly gone, pain in muscles on left side/nerve pain mostly gone. Twitching still going but a little better. Any update on you?
