I too have celiac disease. For me I learned that gluten-free foods were a trigger for continued celiac disease symptoms. Try just eating from the circum of your food market; meat, non-starch green well cooked veggies. No dairy including yogurt of any kind. I know it’s tough to do but you can do it! Sue D
