Thank you! I also have a corn allergy, so I guess I am going to be finding an alternative for about a 1/3 of my supplements. -
I have been going through my supplements, checking for gluten. It has been a while since I have spot checked my supplements, so I figured now was a good time (I take about 80 supplements, maybe more a day). I keep seeing Vegetable Cellulose on many of my supplements. I cannot find anywhere that states whether this substance is gluten free or not. I am...
