I have gluten sensitivity and have been on a gluten free diet since September 2019. My research has led me to believe that the real culprit in all this is glyphosate. But I recently made the mistake of using two organic pie shells to make a chicken pot pie. Being organic I assume that there was no glyphosate in them. But they definitely had gluten in them...
