Well it's fine at the moment, but at night when we're all comfy for our show and it's dark outside, it won't be as nice. Plus, all my coats are over there....I'm going to have to get them next weekend. At the moment, I'm really into my hoodies

Tonight I'm putting up an avatar of me with straight hair ... I don't do it often, but I do have a ceramic straightener that I use once in a while. Adam took a few pics of me. So, if you don't get it straightened, you can have your choice on how you wear it!

I'm soooo not into texting. A short message is fine but when people are trying to have conversations via text messages...I just dont have the patience for it. I figure we could say everything so much faster over the phone and be done with it.

And another thing, I quite often text when I am trying to study but need a break....if I call someone then I'll be on the phone too long, but if I text then it's just a few short periodical (is that the right word?) breaks.

Oh, and raquetball is a blast. I'm quite terrible, but I'm having a lot of fun with it I'm slowly catching on.

Yes, I'm having a lot of fun and making a lot of friends. I just took my first college exam about an hour ago I don't know how I did. That part wasn't so fun.

Chelsea, I'm so sorry you didn't get a positive on your biopsy I can't believe it.

I also read quite a bit on the shoe conversation and I have to say that I like converse, I like flip flops, and I like moccasins, but I have never been a fan of crochs or tennis shoes (I only where tennis shoes when I have to). I am loving my moccasins at school. I have to walk so much and they're just soooooo comfortable. It's like wearing slippers to class, which I have not done by the way.

Also, I just want to share with everyone, including Mom (you haven't heard this yet) I joined the raquetball club. I've only been taking class for 2 weeks and I'm already a part of the club. Obviously, one doesn't have to be good to join. I was acually just going to practice one night and the president persuaded me to join. They just happened to be meeting that same night at that same time.

Wow, seems like so much is going on since I last read here. I am just here long enough to read a few and check in with everyone.

We are headed to the neurologist in PA tomorrow for my sons first visit with one since he was discharged from his stay in the hospital. They are checking him for seizures and such. I am a bit nervous about it. I just have to keep trying to think positive. I would appreciate any prayers and good thoughts. That is really the only thing going on here right now.

Well, enough skulking thorugh the R-Ville back alleys for the last few days.

Sorry I havenot spoken up much, I've been here, just not felt very well and did not feel like talking much.

Carrie -- Welcome to Rachelville, and yes you do make a beautiful Bride. I've been to PEI and I agree that the fall is the best time to go. That whole province is amazing. I hope the wedding was awesome.

Morgan and Carla -- You two always make me laugh. Carla, I hope you are not "empty nesting" too much now. Morgan, I hope classes are going well, and you can still find time to enjoy the other aspects of college life. I took 3 years of credits in 2 years, and somedays I am living to regret it.

I'm glad I can make you laugh And I just got back from my first class....about to go off for my next. It's going great. I like how it's working out. I was really nervous this morning (turned out to be for no reason) and now I'm nervous again. I'm off to Spanish....but I'm scared that I won't understand him

Morgan's been a huge help to me, and believe it or not, more of our chatter is off this forum. It's just a habit ... I think we even drive my husband/her father crazy when we're together. We text and talk every day, too. I'd email her if she ever checked her email!

Plus, none of you were around last night or this morning when we got on!!!! That made it seem like we were using this as our own personal chat room!!

I check my email twice a day (sometimes more) bc I have to watch out for emails having to do with school. But I am on here a lot more than that.

lol No it probably wouldn't I just hung out with some people on my floor....traveled to some of their friends dorms and then walked around. Then we came back and watched TV. It sounds boring, but I had fun. It was more interesting when there than when reading about it.

Yea, got a new pair of "skinny jeans", you know the new ones that have straight legs ... if you're going to be too skinny, you may as well wear skinny jeans! I got them at Abercrombie.
