Morgan...good luck going chocolate/sugar free. I'm rooting for you!
Karen,
Great pic! The twins really resemble you from what I can tell.
Its funny how opposite they are though!
Thanks, but are you sure you're not rooting for me to start Racheling the chocolate
...oh, wait...it's referred to as pulling a Rachel isn't it...oops
-
Thanks....I'm definately no angel but its nice that I can *look* like one once in awhile. I think its been awhile since I've gotten dressed up for anything....its pretty much been hats and jeans for me lately.
The Dave thinks I look better all grubby with a hat on....yogurt and milk stains all over my apron and dirty kneepads at work.
Not your typical guy.
I believe the belching took place on another thread. I think Lisa was wanting to learn how to belch or something??
Haha....Now that I've learned rock climbing you'll have a hard time keeping me out.
Dont know Kung Foo though...will hafta learn some martial arts next. Maybe I should add that to my "lifetime" list.
Well I'm sure you look good in anything, but the you in a dress is really pretty
And yeah...everyone needs to learn how to belch at one point or another
-
do you guys have AIM?
I believe I do...*I erased what I wrote, if you didn't get it I'll message you
-
i requested friends with morgn
I shall go check it

I have images in my mind of CarlaB and MorganB at opposite ends of the couch with their laptops communicating only through the Rachelville thread, and never actually looking up to say hello in real life.
You're close We're in chairs in the living room with our laptops....but we are discussing this in person too in order to tell who's covering what comment (sort of) and so on

And meringue ...
Well I'm eating meringues bc I can't have the "real" chocolate
-
Morgan,
Why are you giving up chocolate? Did I forget?
*a special note...the dairy free chocolate is not the same as dairy filled chocolate. I can notice a large difference. I still eat the dairy free chocolate...just a tiny bite after a meal. When I say chocolate, I mean M&M's, heaths, hershys, and whatever else is dairy filled
I'm going to go on a casein challenge, since I eat dairy every day two meals a day....I most likely have a problem with it. So I'm testing it. This is my fourth successful day After a few weeks, I'll pig out
HA! Cause she's a pig!!!Umm, yeah I am....with chocolate
-
Morgan
Now you know we are going to have to hold you to this....
I eat fruit to replace sugar. Also, once in a while, I will have some raw honey if I need to have something sweet, I'll mix a little in some almond butter.
I hope so...I need to go a day without it That's not a bad idea for a snack
Yea, she asked me to hold her to it ... I didn't even get out of bed till 2PM today, so I told her that she'd need to post it because she might have eaten all the sugar in the kitchen by the time I come downstairs!!yeah, it would be too easy
-
Ok I caught up, except for about 7 pages somewhere in the 30's, but I think I'll just miss those forever.
OK..put up the first pic...me and my lavander dress at my Moms wedding. You cant see my shoes though...they got cut off. I will try to make the pic more clear later. How do I write something under my pic??
Rachel, you look so pretty you look like an angel
I missed it. Have to share the computer with Mitch and I'm missing out on the fun.Dave,
Very pretty. Aaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
They are adorable!
I missed it too It took me a little while to figure out why everyone was upset about the dogs, but I soon figured out they were actually upset about the picture of Rachel
I'm quoting myself! Not only do I have to STOP going to bed at 8:00, I may have to quite premature posting...after this I noticed the discussion on how TheDave stole Rachel's picture...um, the only picture I saw were the cute puppies...so Rachel, I wasn't talking about you when I wrote this comment.exactly
Momma Goose is STRESSED. We have decided to down size and sell our house. We have found another that we like every much but it is much smaller, likewise price. But it's like putting 10 lbs of spinach into a 5lbs bag.... And my GERD is acting up like hell fire. Meeting with a Realitor tomorrow to see if others think our home is as valuable as we doIf it wasn't so hard to get off Lexipro, I'd wish for it back.
Sorry Susan, if I appeared snippy. I was in so much discomfort that it was hard to breath, much less laugh at everyone who could belch. Everyone was belching on line and I just needed just one to feel better.
Still belchless, Lisa
ok, I'm confused maybe I read too fast and missed something....when did the balching happen?
i just posted this in the gab roomI will only be checking this once a day at the most, i probably will not be posting at all.
I have 3 APs and 2 honors classes so i will be gone this entire school year.
i will check my e-mail and write back if people have questions.
O-man sounds like quite a year...we'll miss you
Everyone knew to stay clear of the boardroom from 12:45 to 1:00 p.m.!!!!!that would be useful information
Is it my imagination or does one have darker hair than the other? Just asking cause one of my twins is blond & the other brunet... yours look more alike than mine do though. I actually had people refuse to believe they were twins! For a few years, people thought that two of my sisters were twins. They were two years apart and one had curly hair while the other had straight hair. One time someone asked if they were twins and they just looked at each other for a few seconds and then just cracked up laughing. They were laughing so hard that my brother and I had to explain there age difference. The lady that asked was so embarrassed
Yay, the B girls are back, and in rare form at that Sorry you are still sick Carla, feel better soon. Morgan, I also understand Racheling the sugar. I just can't handle sugar well at all, when I eat it I want more of it, so I try to stay away from it as much as I can. I know, better said than done-- especially when you find something so yummy, it's hard to stop. But I feel so much better off of it, and when I do eat it from time to time I get sooo sick, so I know it is definitely a problem for me.I have decided that tomorrow I will not have any sugar, except for the fruit that I eat for breakfast. I am telling everyone on here bc I figure the more people I tell, the more likely it will be that I'll follow through. I'll probably give updates as the day goes on to keep myself going I just love sugar especially chocolate. Now I'm just looking for something to take it's place this is causing me to eat even more sugar than I did when I just ate the dang chocolate

Hay season is the worst... omgosh, I never thought of that

Okay, Morgan, add cauliflower to your spelling list. I haven't had to do spelling with you in years, but to all you homeschoolers out there, here's how I did it (not that it worked!) ... spell a word wrong, add it to your daily list. Spell it correctly three days in a row, moves to the weekly list, three weeks in a row, and it's retired. So, Morgan, add cauliflower ...
She is definatley Racheling meringue cookies. But did you see how much fudge Luke bought? I can't wait till he's sick to his stomach off that and tries to hide it (hee, hee, I'm such a bad, mean mom). Okay, I think I may try to get up finally ... thanks for a great lunch Morgan.
yeah
don't come downstairs yet, the kitchen is still a mess
-
Mom-don't read the following
Ok, so if Mom didn't think I was truly Racheling before with the ice cream....she should definitely believe it now. Since I've been off dairy the past three days, today being the fourth, I have had to have serious pulling apart from my chocolate It's so hard, but I have found that I've been on a major sugar rush lately resulting from it. For lunch I started out with a doughnut (gluten free of course), I then ate about ten cookies (also gluten free), then a dairy free piece of chocolate and finally I made some more cookies eating quite a bit of the "dough." Mmmmm, it was good But I think I'm close to being sick...not really but I think I'll go grocery shopping for Mom for dinner and buy myself some spinich and coloflower ( how do we spell that....cauloflower, caloflour...I don't know and am not going to look it up )
-
Ummm....do you really want me to answer that???
The nuggets have done you in again....
Do you think anyone will let me forget???
The Dave was gonna take a pic of me rock climbing tonight...so you guys could see....we forgot about it though...no pics this time. I dont think its such a good idea for him to be snapping pics when I'm 40 ft. up clinging to rocks though.
Oh it would have been great having some of those pictures
My Mom wants me to put up a picture of me getting ready for the wedding. I'm in the bathroom...I think picking up something off the floor...she snapped a pic and the toilet is right behind my head. She said this is her favorite pic of me from that day.She said noone will notice the toilet in the background.
I actually thought it would be quite fitting for the Celiac board.
That's a sounds perfect
Morgan...I love skiing too! I cant imagine hitting a wall though...yikes....that must have hurt!I love all kinds of skiing...snow skiing, water skiing and jet jetskiing. Its been a long time since I've snow skiied though. Some day I'll go again.
Oh it hurt. I was out. A couple weeks later a friend of mine went and hit the same wall only worse. She broke her cheek bone I think it was just a bad place

Penguin, you're hair looks so much better
OK, here is my list-Other than what I mentioned before, visiting every state to see beautiful things (i.e. Blue Ridge Mtns), I want to also:
Go all over Mexico, Canada, Ireland, Scotland, England, Spain, and Greece to name a few
Learn to in-line skate/ice skate
Go roller skating again!
Take up golf, again!
Take up skiing, again!
Run in a marathon ( a short one )
Try rock climbing
Hike some well known place (?)
Learn more Spanish, dang it!
Learn to sew
Grow a garden
And that's about all I can think of for now (I'm sure I am leaving some things out....)
What is everybody elses 'to do' in this lifetime list???
It looks great to me, love it!!!
But I think you are right, a picture in natural light would give us a better sense of the color.
The dingo girls are very friendly, they are such a big part of Rachelville We love them and their Dingo wrangler Susie Q!!!!
Sounds like a perfect job for you
I just learned how to ski this past year when I joined the ski club I had so much fun even though neither of my trips ended in a normal way. The first time, I forgot to tell Mom that day where I was. I didn't get home until 11 which is an hour after my curfew on a school night. I didn't call Mom anytime with in that day, so she got really worried and called the police (I didn't have a cell phone yet) Since I lived in a small town, the police had nothing better to do than to look for me.... that next day in school, the entire school had heard about what happened
The second trip, I ran right smack into a wall. My skies slid under the wall and I didn't want to break my wrists so I ended up hitting it right on. The whole palm of my right hand was black and my chin swelled up. It wasn't until the end of the day that this happened though. Skiing was sooooo much fun despite everything I went through. I still have one more pass and I can't wait to go

I never really watched the show -- when I did I thought the character of Joey was funny. Now Rachel ... different reason to watch.
Oh, and I love rollerblading....disappearing for a couple hours on rollerblades=fun times around the town
I was completely dairy free today so if I'm sick tomorrow....everyone knows why.....let's hope not though. It will probably be like the gluten....I won't really notice a difference until I go back to it
-
So I've been reading about the conversation about Friends my favorite character would have to be Joey...my second favorite is Rachel....I just love that show
MorganTo put your job in red, go to "Edit Signature" and click on the capital 'A' in the line above the blank field. That will bring down a color grid. Highlight the line or lines you want colored and click on the color you want. When you've made all of your changes, hit the "Update My Signature" button on the bottom.
Hope you're all having a nice time--say Hi to your mom for me
Thank you, I'll work on that ....and I'll tell my Mom hi
-
Forgot to say welcome Tinkerbell Stephanie!
Be sure to put your new jobs at Rachelville in your signature in red so we know it's you wherever you go! Then you can always find your way home to us, it's kind of like leaving a lit candle in the window, you can always find your way home.. And we can always look out for each other and keep those little bats and gluten away!
Hmmm, I don't know how to put my job in red How do I do that?
And I'm just warning everyone....I am randomly getting caught up. I'll read groups of random pages, read the pages backwards, etc. so beware
I am gluten intolerant, tested by Enterolab. I have two genes (I almost wrote "jeans" LOL), for gluten intolerance and the autoimmune reaction. Since Morgan is my daughter, we know she had at least one gene for gluten intolerance, but she has not been tested. Since going gluten-free, her allergies have gone away, she is less-bloated, and doesn't get bags under her eyes anymore (sorry Morgan!). Yesterday we both seemed to have gotten a mild "glutening" so now that she's off gluten, she seems to be getting a reaction now when she eats it. At some point in the near future she is going to go on a gluten challenge for a couple days to see if she reacts, then we'll consider that her test. With six kids, it's a little pricey to get them all tested at EnterolabYes I decided to do this as soon as I'm dairy free for a couple weeks....so that will give me time to get in the college life before I have the possibility of being sick
-
penguin....I'm so sorry about the hair
-
premature post...I'm working on catching up
Thanks, I guess And in case you didn't know, I found more than this new townAny F-R-I-E-N-D-S fans? The one where Chandler has the interview, and his future employer asks about his duties. Chandler explains how he almost cracked up in the interview because his new boss was asking about his "doodies"...ok I'm a freak...I know
So what did you find??? And I love friends, I haven't seen all the shows, but I'm working on it.
Jayhwkmom, I love your picture!
-
I just wanted to stop in and say Hi I can't read everything now bc I'm tying up the phone line and have been for a while now. Don't write too much or I won't ever catch up or at least don't be suprised when I respond to comments made a few days prior Have a good day everyone
-
Both lazy? You're lazy, I'm sick!! Before I got sick, I was hardly lazy!!
Today was the most pittiful time I've conversed with you over the computer and I was sick. And also, in a certain way, I'm not lazy. I do a lot of work....I'm just a little tired when it comes to talking So I pick and choose what I want to say out loud.
I've never seen Grease 2, I only saw Grease and I LOVED it I also have the soundtrack
-
Well, technically speaking, I am not right next to her on the couch, we are in chairs ... next to each other. I don't talk much these days .... you should see this thing I have to have in my mouth when I'm home!! It's a nice break for my kids!
Yeah, sometimes I don't even understand what she says
So does anyone have it as bad as I do as far as this site goes? It is minimized on my computer at work all day. I hate to miss out for too long because then I have so much to read to catch up. Ha!I check it sooooo many times through out the day it's not even funny.....well maybe it is
The B girls - always cute - Carla, are you asking for that photo as you sit right next to your daughter on the couch?I'm glad you enjoy it bc it probably won't stop since we're both lazy. Plus, I'll be going to college soon.
