  1. Hi, Thanks for your comment! I have tried everything under the sun and besides not eating, the scales will not budge! I do exercise but that doesn't do anything either. I wasn't like this until I was diagnosed with Celiac 5 years ago. I do take B12 injections, Vitamin D sublingual but it still stays low. I wonder if I'm still not absorbing right even...
  2. Thank you for your reply! Yes, we are 100 percent a gluten free household and I do not eat out so I learned my lesson with this 2 years in. Maybe, we have trouble absorbing Thiamine just like B12 and D. I will look into this 😊
  3. Hi, I have been a Celiac for 5 years. Before Celiac, I was always a good weight and active. After Celiac, I was sick for a long time. I'm not a huge eater and eat healthy most of the time. I was just recently diagnosed with fatty liver with grade 2 scarring. I am over weight but not a lot and no matter what I do, I just gain weight. Have any of...
  4. @Posterboy, Thank you for your reply! I appreciate your advice and I feel that I need to give this a shot! I do have Chronic Fatigue ever since I was diagnosed years ago and I have tried everything expect increasing certain vitamins and minerals!
  5. Knitty Kitty, Thank you for your response! I've started taking One a day vitamins which seem to have all the vitamins and minerals that your talking about. I need to be more serious about taking them everyday. I've had problems with hidden gluten in my vitamins. Hopefully, my health will improve. Thank you again 😊
  6. Hi friends! I've been a Celiac for 3 years. What a journey! I have learned alot and tried everything to feel back to my old self again. I have a completely gluten-free house, on B12 shots, changed my diet to whole foods only (that seemed to help alot but I became depressed with low carbs so I had to quit) My liver enzymes are a little high and I have...
  7. Hello. I was diagnosed with Celiac in Novemeber 2019. I have been following a strict gluten free diet. I mainly stick with Meats, veggies and fruits. I learned to stay away from the gluten free proccessed foods. About 2 weeks ago, 2 hours after eating eggs and taking pepto bismol, I ended up with such severe stomach pain, shortness of breath and almost passing...
  8. I unfortunately gained about 10 pounds and I couldn't lose 1 pound no matter how healthy I ate and excersized before I was diagnosed. I am hoping that now I can lose the 10 pounds but my body still seems to be hanging on to every calorie. Maybe when I heal! ?
  9. Hi! I was diagnosed with celiac around a Month and half ago. What a lifestyle change! Right before I was diagnosed, I had to call the ambulance because I felt like I was going to pass. Come to find out my blood sugar was 54 and that was 45 mins after eating a candy bar and crackers. After diagnosis, I learned that I am not absorbing the sugars from...
