I have to say my sister-n-law has celiac disease and she is also Lactose intolerant. She had bought a box of donuts that said gluten free on the front but never looked at the ingredients. She found out after she ate the donuts and had tummy troubles that the donuts were not dairy free and I am sure there were other ingredients that were not good. I always tell everyone please read the labels carefully. I know some people do not once they see gluten free they figure it is good to have but not always true.
