I want to let you know that if you have celiac disease there is over the counter gluten free capsules that can help, if you want a piece of pizza or a cookie etc. I looked for a few and found good reviews on a few. You cannot always go by reviews of course, but the reviews may lead you in the right direction. keep in mind celiac disease can be different for different people in some ways. Like someone might be able to have dairy the other person may not be able to have dairy. You still need to read the labels.
