I do not have Celiac but my body does not tolerate Canola oil at all. I am fortunate that I can eat just about anything else, but Canola Oil makes me sick (food poisoning type symptoms) within 20 to 60 minutes after eating. I found out by complete accident a few years ago that it was canola oil when I simply fixed some scrambled eggs at a friends house...
