  3. Hi guys, I'm not a celiac, just intolerant/sensitive. I've tried a lot of different flour alternatives to varying degrees of success. However, most flour alternatives still give me some symptoms. Namely, gas and having to go to the bathroom a lot. Does anyone else have this problem?
