My daughter has Celiac disease and has been spending a semester abroad in Germany. To help her out, we found a very good selection of freeze dried gluten-free foods at places like REI and EMS. They have been a lifesaver for her when taking day trips or airline trips. All that is needed is some hot water and utensils, and safety and nutrition are assured...
