  1. dissolving the gluten faster would just expose you to more gliadin wouldnt it? like wouldnt the ideal thing be to avoid metabolizing it at all?
  2. yeah i had this. i think its from the skin not being oily enough from fat malabsorption
  3. http://www.candyaisle.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/DSC06319.jpg don't know how to insert photos, but candies that look like that are pure sugar and very easy to eat, just read the ingredients, quite a few of the brands are certified
  4. I was saying you should quit keto for a couple months and get some carbs, even simple sugars. I find if i get my blood sugar up i eventually start getting hungry for real food
  5. I had a swollen lymph node and testicle soon after diagnoses. had the testicle checked obviously and they explained that calcium can kind of just go where it doesn't belong because the molecules are so small. magnesium is supposed to help correct that in theory.
  6. It usually takes at least 3 months to recover from a "glutening". You have 2 months to go. The gluten causes an auto-immune reaction that destroys your villi in the small intestine. this villi is what produces the chemicals to digest food. for example you need lactase to digest lactose. lactose is the most likely culprit as your second intolerance, if cutting...
  7. No gluten in that list. There are some bad ingredients though.
  8. from what I see most of your calories are still coming from fat and you might not be getting much fibre at all. https://www.bodyenergyclub.com/products/protein-gummies-wild-blueberry-w-100687 don't know if thats a good site to order them, but those gummies are full of fibre and its all fruit-based. makes my stool the size of a babies arm
  9. I went to the doctor trying to get an adult ADHD diagnoses because of the brain fog. ended up with a generalized anxiety deal, they gave me some SSRIs. sort of worked but not really. yeah so paranoid and neurotic that I would need to have a theory to present to the doctor before even seeing them
  10. Buy some water based lube, like KY gel. Vaseline is not for internal use, it will take a long time to leave your anus and trap a tonne of fecal bacteria, that will make it much worse in the long run. if you do leak try to clean the area immediately. most of my soreness was caused by walking around after "wet farts"
  11. what i thought was anemia was my main symptom too. felt like a vampire was visiting me during the night. -TtG 137 though. they just need to make it a standard part of a physical. because say a kid has a father who yells at them every time they get sick, they're going to stop complaining about diarrhea before anyone knows there's a problem.
  12. exactly. anything can be an allergen so for them to not be specific is eventually going to hurt someone. im personally working a theory that im allergic to citrus, its hard to tell because im not sure if citric acid or malic acid are chemically synthesized from something or if they're extracted from citrus peels
  13. since they just say "food starch" they could have made it from a cows arse for all i know. they need to just say what it comes from every time lol
  14. It sounds like the equipment in most places would be pretty easy to clean if its made of metal. but if cross contamination with oats starts in the field you could literally just have a wheat stock in the batch which is totally different than the trace contamination I was worried about
  15. can someone explain to me the equipment that cross contaminates everything with gluten? i know oats aren't safe unless certified. but im hearing chicken and all kinds of weird stuff somehow goes through the same machine
  16. in USA does it still just refer to it as "modified food starch"? its always corn starch in canada, but im not 100% on whether they have to mention traces of wheat or not like they do nuts
  17. Yeah I'm pretty sure the gluten made me quite grumpy. Now I'm grumpy because I want some twizzlers.
  18. I'm on whole foods and things that say "gluten free" for the most part now. certain things like pepsi and coke soft drinks don't say gluten free but they are, fancy sodas might have malt.
  19. I'm glad mine was 137 now. there was no doubt from my doctor
  20. same as that turtle cheesecake i got last week. tiny and expensive :(... im a small guy i need my calories oh nvm some of them are only 3$ for a small-ish pack. still like 10x the price per weight but not as bad
  21. ever find the secret gluten? im willing to bet one of the other kids just isn't washing their hands after eating at home... there are kids who just dont learn to wash their hands until they get yelled at on the way out the washroom
  22. I didn't even like bread before diagnoses. I was getting glutened by bags of red twizzlers.. speaking of which where can i get some gluten free licorice?
