I was recently diagnosed with a severe wheat allergy. That was a shocker for me. As a result, I've been researching wheat allergy and have found a link to that and Oral Allergy Syndrome. For anyone who has this ailment, do yourself a favor and watch What's With Wheat? I watched it on Amazon and learned a lot.
