    I Just honestly do not even know where to begin except cutting out the flour and pasta.

    I am new to this diagnosis of Celiac Disease. I just underwent an endoscopy confirming the disease. I am 64 1/2 years of age and all my life I have eaten all the things I guess I should have. How in the world do I begin this journey? I feel so so sick and oh so tired, then I read it can take up to 20 months to feel any relief. Oh this journey...
