  1. It would be wise to stay away from all foods that can even 'crossreact' with gluten. My problems persisted after quetting gluten (because I replaced it with a lot of rice, potatoes, milkproducts, etc, which also caused the same problems). You can use the graph for the foods you can start to eliminate beside gluten. Hope it helps!
