What's the story of eating meat products and by products from animals that eat gluten, e.g. eggs from chickens with gluten in their diet, milk from cows that eat wheat grain, etc. I have read in a few places that tiny fragments of gluten are passed on in these products. Hi, sounds similar to where I found myself. I've been gluten-free for years, but found a few years ago that lots of new things reacted. It's taken a while to get there but I've now had test for SIBO that showed methane producing SIBO, so having antibiotics, so not sure if that will solve the issue yet. It is, but I think what is ridiculous is the prevalence of gluten/wheat is everything from the additives that are included in food that come from gluten source (that legally doesn't have to be declared), through to the inclusion of gluten in hair care products, etc. What is the obsession with gluten? Why are our manufacturers making if so hard for us...
