The deep radiating internal pain is crazy hard to describe! I'm increasing magnesium today and it's definitely helping. I've got to give up figuring out how I was glutened (grrr) and focus on eating extremely simple food. I hope the new gut-healing powder drink I ordered won't be a waste of $$$ - it has colostrum from an organic no grain farm!

YES! Currently dealing with it & gut agony. I get through the day with stick on heat wraps, CBD and dicyclomine. Also I drink hot stuff constantly. I use a Nerf football behind my back and at desk or in car & am attached to heat pad at home
I'm going nuts trying to figure out how I'm getting glutened! Or perhaps my body mistakes something for gluten... Has anyone ever felt glutened by eating certified gluten-free chocolate candy? From sharing a Keurig? Besides flare of severe pain, I'm having a return of hypothyroidism. Thanks for any ideas?!

How do you recover from mysterious gluten contamination? My guts won't wake up despite hot liquids, stewed vegetables, broth & yogurt (goat)....many days later. Doesn't drive you crazy when you cannot sleuth out how you were glutened? I'm 56, teach high school and been gluten-free for 3 years. Thank you!
