  1. So glad to be able to help!! I hear you on the bananas and avocado. Same. Walmart: Wild Planet albacore tuna just sea salt!! I will review your items again and see what else I can think of in the am. Can you eat things like dried fruit? Dates? There is a chocolate chip that I put in my recipe that has nothing but cocoa and sugar Enjoy Life chocolate baking...
  2. Walmart Valley Fresh Organic canned chicken breast and Bumble Bee skinless boneless pink salmon in water ready to eat. There are a few brands that only have water and salt for the salmon, have only found the Valley Fresh chicken so far to have no added ingredients other than sea salt. Your diet sounds as restrictive as mine. I'm in a bit of a crisis trying...
  3. So sorry to read you are experiencing so much. I can truly relate. I'm not a professional or anything close, just someone with an extremely limited diet because of health issues. I can't do dairy at all, no grains, only a couple of vegetables and berries. I can have lean fish and poultry. I have stocked up on some organic canned chicken, salmon and some carrots...
  4. Highly recommend reading up on Nightshades especially and Fodmaps.
  5. I found this very helpful. Thank you. After dx of Celiac also autoimmune pancreatitis, Sjogren's and more. Took time and elimination to find I must adhere to Fodmap and Nightshade free diet and strict gluten free. No corn, no oats, no rice, absolutely no grain of any kind. It leaves me, after years of back and forth elimination and reactions to be able to...
  6. Definitely this. Fodmap and nightshades. Experience all of them.
  7. I was able to eat corn products a few years into my 7 year diagnosis, but not anymore. Same with rice and oats (many others). Hardest thing to grasp (for me) was that symptoms weren't fixed and could change separate from issues of contamination. Of course everyone is very different but it would have helped me I think if I had understood this was a possibility...
  8. I was diagnosed 7 years ago and have other issues including Celiac. Regarding migraines I just want to add that I had suffered from severe migraines for 10 years. It was found my Vitamin D level was very low and after therapy, (took a couple of months) the migraines were gone. I am sometimes triggered by fodmaps and will get a migraine which took quite some...
  9. I just wanted to add to this post that recently I found that there was gluten in the glue/binding of the tea bags that I was reacting to. I have switched to only using loose tea in case that helps anyone else. It caused intestinal distress/reaction and migraine. I only use white teas because of fodmap sensitivity.
