About Me
Dr. Albert Zickmann is a father of two children who were diagnosed with celiac disease eight years ago at the University of Chicago Celiac Center. He is the founder of AVI Research, LLC, the company that produces a potent AN-PEP enzyme formulation available under the trade-name GliadinX. Dr. Zickmann is also a co-founder of global biotech company.
He has attended dental and medical school at the JWG University of Frankfurt Germany and is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and completed an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
