  3. My son is 13 and had a positive TTG IgA antibody (the test referenced above) He was tested purely because of growth issues. He’s tiny and they couldn’t figure out why. It’s a fairly simple screening test which then requires endoscopy to confirm but your paediatrician should know if it’s indicated.
