for about 6 months now. I have been to some restaurants that have been suggested by my friends who have celiacs and its always when we order that i get glutened. by that i mean we order and go pick it up instead of eating there
what is the best way to make sure to not get glutened at a restaurant i always tell them i cant have any bread because of my celiac but i've always either gotten bread or been glutened
does anyone have any good solutions/ fast relief for joint pain. they way i know i eat gluten is that i get so much pain in my joints and its so uncomfortable and lasts for hours.
