My 19 year old son was dx 2 mo's ago with Dermatitis Herpetiformis by a dermatologist (after a rash for 6 mo's and finally a biopsy) He has done fairly well with the gluten-free diet until a recent unknown contaminant (restaurant eating) and now rash back with a vengeance. My question is should he see a GI or Rheumatologist since its an autoimmune disorder...
