  6. Thank you very much for your answer . In my case I check only tissue Transglutaminses (high than 10× normal) and HLA DQ2 positive. According to a European Guidance (algorithm page 153) I need also to check EMA Antibody. Now i think not possible, the diet is already applied . Best regards
