  1. Never drank soft drinks much... I've literally only been drinking water and milk for last 10 years...
  2. Where are you in FL?? My GI dr diagnosed me in about 3 months here.. but I switched to a highly rated GI doc in my town.. seeing him next mont..
  3. Don't have fatty liver.... never drank alchy or anything like that in my life.. always exercised and ate pretty healthy... had all tests done on liver and were all normal.. also ct scan... I have gastritis also though which can cause upper right quadrant discomfort .. End of this month will be about 3 months off gluten for me.
  4. I doubt it would come back low though since all other vit and minerals are normal
  5. I have an appointment with my new gi doctor next month.. I'll mention to him.
  6. I got a job delivering food.. It's always sealed and packaged up inside bags etc.. and i never put my hands in my mouth after handling the bags... ????

  12. Not sure how my calcium levels are so high for example since I havent been drinking milk or eating cheese for several months.. and I lost a lot of weight after going gluten free.. I was sure I had to be be deficient in at least something since most newly diagnosed people are..
  13. said I dont need a multi vitamin based on everything being normal.. Wasn't very concerned about enzyme .. as it's not super high and had all important tests done already. said it could be from multi vitamin overloading liver.. or gastric issue / leaky gut...... so I'm off the vitamins and just watch

  18. I think liver enzymes are always included in regular bloodwork Oats would not cause antibodies to be produced ?? My liver enzymes were a bit elevated when I first went to see the doc.. then about a month later they cut in half by like 50%+.. asl was like 24.. atl was 55 That was before I was diagnose. Dr said it was the gluten..

  21. i lost alot of weight too... i was able to gain or maintane when i was still eating gluten foods.. but after going gluten free i lost a lot.. might be that im just not eating enough calories though
