  1. travel is easy locally.. just get a cooler if you're going for a few hours.... international... i would only cook for myself and rent a condo with a kitchen
  2. make your own fish.. cant trust eating out.. i don't even trust the 100% gluten free restaurant near me... its probably alright but im too paranoid have to adapt now

  4. Plenty of other food in Thailand besides rice .. they have lots of fresh fruit and veggies... poultry.. meat.. and tons of fish seafood Dunno about Africa but I'm sure they must have meat and potatoes?

  8. Then just don't take cruises or bus tours.. can still vacation... Only time I'd worry about travel is on the plane menu.. they have gluten free option but who knows whats in it.. when I flew to Thailand on emirates I was still not diagnosed a d had no symptoms but I remember seeing gluten free meals.. If I ever go back I will just rent a condo...
  9. Travel is easy.. as long as you cook for yourself.. I can travel 10,000 miles to Thailand and I know i would be able to cook for myself daily gluten free.. even on a tiny little island like kho samui in the middle of the ocean.. It's not that hard to eat gluten free... unless you have zero self control .
  10. probably gluten... you started gluten free diet because your mom and sister have celiac and because of that you went and got tested and found out you have it too.. right?? But you were not experiencing any symptoms before than right? When you say "dizzy" - do you mean "off balance" feeling when walking? or is it feeling like you'll "faint...

  12. these trials are dangerous.. you're basically just a guinea pig... they should be paying people tens of thousands of dollars and additional perks to experiment on themselves
  13. have you tried taking magnesium are you getting enough fiber.. your diet sounds basically like mine.. only i eat fish / salmon.. sweet potatoes instead of normal.. probably been a month or so on this diet .. and about 2 months gluten free.. when i was still eating normal food with gluten my stools were more firm...
