  1. I was for a little while.. 100mg pill...… haven't for like the last few days... just taking my multivitamin now.. it has 2,000 mcg of magnesium sulfate in it and 50mg of magnesium oxide..
  2. had some stool this morning where one piece was a fairly light color.. while other were more brown.. only change in my diet was I started eating sweet potatoes yesterday...

  4. Just got back from my eye exam... yes they dilated the eyes... All the scans looked normal... He said the eyes looked dry though.. which can cause vision issues and my old prescription was off in one eye which can also cause issues... so he said put drops in 4x a day and update prescription and see if it helps.. Would be nice if that...
  5. not sure but its easy to get rid of the potato for sweet potato and yams instead.. I dont eat any other night shades except potato

  8. I know if you have too much vitamin B your urine will turn bright yellow from your body expelling it.... so does this mean I have too much or don't need to take extra? Bright yellow urine is a sign of excess B-vitamins in the body, including B-2 and B-12, although this condition is harmless.

  13. I was in Thailand 2 years ago for about a month on a small island called Kho Samui... Not sure how gluten free it could be... they did have a large grocery store that sold frozen meats.. not sure about potatoes.. but probably.. and plenty of fresh fruit everywhere.. and veg's.. I suppose is do-able if you cook for yourself.....

  17. 42... Dr said normal looking GI tract after Endoscopy... no sign of anything worrisome.. but biopsy was severe blunting of villi... then he said " those suckers come back ".. they're just inflamed.. 😑 then he said several weeks to start feeling better.. which i'm sure is BS.

  21. ya.. I don't know why people even pay for health insurance when they still have to pay thousands of dollars when having it
  22. soy? egg? lactose? my dr did nothing after I was diagnosed.. other than send me to a dietitian and say to start taking a multi vitamin.. should I get a full vitamin + mineral panel?

Others have said that this is not OK, and to avoid the product even though it's labeled gluten free. Thoughts? Or does it really come down to ones own sensitivity? i'd stay away from it
